COTTAGE # 7 - THE LOOKOUT (year round)

    

Description:

Large year round cottage with outside deck overlooking the lake; inside there is a woodstove, spacious 2 bedrooms (1 dble, 1 dble, & 1 single & 1 pull-out couch) max. occ. 6 people  This cottage has private access to an indoor hot tub (40 feet away) during late Fall, Winter and early Spring only (open daily 11 AM to 9 PM)

The cottage is a self catering/ HK unit with a fridge, stove, microwave, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery and a 3 piece bath (shower stall). This year round cottage has a wood stove (wood supplied) and baseboard heaters. You must bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, soap & shampoo, dish soap, extra towels.

The cottage is supplied with blankets and pillows as well as kitchen and bath linens. Bed linen can be supplied at an extra charge ($7.50/bed + taxes). Complimentary propane BBQ is supplied in spring, summer & fall.  Wireless high speed internet available. TV/DVD for movies only.

Weekly Rates:

- per cottage on base number of people plus $25.00/person/night up to maximum allowed.

Nightly Rates (minimum 2 nights):

- per cottage on base number of people plus $25.00/person/night up to maximum allowed.

Children 16 years old and under (babies, toddlers included, count in occupancy) stay for free up to maximum of people allowed/cottage.

Prime Rates:

- June 15th to September 16th 2012.

- Booking (weekly from Saturday to Saturday), or NEW! Short Term Stay: (minimum 3 to 4 nights: Arriving Sat to Tues; or Sat to Wed; or Tues to Sat; or Wed to Sat) in July & August.

- Christmas, New Year's, and March break weeks

-New Year's 2011/2012:  $810 + taxes (based on 4 adults, 3 nights)

- Weekends: Sept., Oct., Jan., Feb., March

- All statutory holidays are a 3 nights minimum stay

BED LINEN:

- $7.50/bed or you are welcome to bring your own.

DAY VISITORS:

- Will be charged an admission fee of $15.00/person. Visiting hours from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Please register at office.

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES - Please read carefully -

A deposit of $350 per week or 1 night rental (Visa or Mastercard) per weekend is required for confirmation of reservations. The balance is due upon arrival.  Cancellation policy: The deposit, less a cancellation fee of $50/cottage/week or weekend will be returned to you if notice of cancellation is received by us no later than 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival. If a cancellation is made less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date, no refund will be possible, regardless of the reason. E-mail cancellations are not acceptable. Cancellations must be made by phone. We reserve the right to reject any booking application. A reservation is a firm contract and no refund will be made for late arrival or early departure. Day visitors ($15/person/day; 11 am-7 pm). No visitors will be allowed without advance permission. Smoking is not permitted inside any buildings. For the comfort of all guests, we have a no pet policy.
